EXPRESSION VECTOR, METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARRIER USING SAME, AND USE OF SAME

Provided is a carrier which prevents decomposition of a medical agent and is capable of delivering the medical agent specifically to an in vivo target cell with excellent safety. A carrier-producing cell is obtained by introducing an expression vector, which comprises a nucleic acid sequence encoding a peptide that is capable of binding to a membrane protein of a target cell, into a membrane vesicle-producing cell. The carrier-producing cell is capable of producing a membrane vesicle which has, as a membrane peptide, a binding peptide that is capable of binding to a membrane protein of a target cell. Since the membrane vesicle is bound to the membrane protein of the target cell, a medical agent can be specifically administered to the target cell by having the membrane vesicle contain the medical agent.
