PURPOSE: A continuous polishing apparatus of glass panels and a method thereof are provided to grind glass planes the rotation and eccentrical rotation of grinding tools. CONSTITUTION: A continuous polishing apparatus of glass panels comprises a polishing table(4) and a plurality of grinding tools(16). The polishing table moves glass panels in specific direction. Each grinding tool comprises an eccentric shaft(9) eccentric from center of mass. The grinding tools are revolves around the eccentric shaft for the polishing plane of grinding tools and a polished plane parallel to each other. At least three polishing units adjacent to each other are composed into one set. Rotational phase difference of grinding tools of each set is set for offsetting the reaction force generated by the set.
