A variable speed bridge comprises bridge case (8) and integral transmission system fitted in the bridge case (8), the integral transmission system includes power input shaft (1), gearshift (2) and differential mechanism (4) connected orderly by gears, the bilateral outputs of the differential mechanism (4) are connected to a power output device (6) individually. The variable speed bridge integrates gearbox, transmission shaft and drive bridge to a whole body, it makes the transmission system within has the function of speed change, power transmission and drive, and it has the advantage of compact structure, less component, lower cost, small space used to installation, short power transmission line and high efficiency of transmission.
