PURPOSE: A solid catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation is provided to improve the conversion rate of n-butene and to improve the selectivity of 1,3-butadiene. CONSTITUTION: A solid catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation is a solid catalyst of a core-shell structure which is represented by chemical formula 1. The core part of the catalyst is represented by (100-z)%D_dE_eFe_fMo_mO_y + z%SiO_2, and the shell part of the catalyst is represented by Bi_nA_aQ_qO_x. In chemical formula 1, A is one or more elements selected from boron, potassium, phosphorus, and molybdenum; Q is one or more elements selected from a group containing trivalent to hexavalent elements; D is one or more trivalent elements; E is one or more divalent elements; if m is 1, n is 0.001-1, a is 0.001-3, q is 0.001-3, d is 0.01-3, e is 0-3, and f is 0.01-5; z is 1-90; and x and y are determined to satisfy the valence of the formula. |
