The method includes that: a network entity in a Package-Switched (PS) domain receives a message carrying Service Change and UDI Fallback (SCUDIF) capability of a terminal; the network entity in the PS domain transmits the message carrying the SCUDIF capability of the terminal to a network side of a Circuit-Switched (CS) domain, so as to enable the network side of the CS domain select suitable transfer flow according to the SCUDIF capability of the terminal when performing video Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (vSRVCC), thereby solving the problem in the prior art that the delay in the transfer process is comparatively long, and user experience is comparatively bad.
