PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of liquid crystalline polyester films is provided to manufacture liquid crystalline polyester films having excellent thickness of thermal conductance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of liquid crystalline polyester films comprises the following steps: casting liquid composition which contains liquid crystalline polyester and solvent; removing solvent; heating the solvent-removed film at temperatures between 150 deg. Celsius or less and 80 deg. Celsius higher than a liquid crystal transition temperature at a speed of more than 1.0 deg. Celsius/min.; and additionally heating the film at temperatures between the liquid crystal transition temperature and 80 deg. Celsius higher than the liquid crystal transition temperature.
