PURPOSE: A rotating pumping container is provided to pump a pumping member by the inclined surface inside the container with rotating for discharging contents from the container without using a separate button member. CONSTITUTION: A rotating pumping container includes an outer container(100), an inner container(200), a pumping member(300), a rotating member(400), and an over-cap(500). The inner container is installed inside the outer container, and stores contents. The pumping member is combined to the upper side of the inner container for discharging the contents inside the inner container to the outside by pumping. The pumping member includes a pumping guide protrusion(310) forming the inclined surface on the upper side of the pumping member. The rotating member is rotatably combined to the upper side of the outer container, and includes a discharging hole and an extension unit(420).
