PURPOSE: A holder for a communication terminal is provided to prevent a communication terminal from being separated from a fixing shaft of a vehicle when the vehicle is vibrated. CONSTITUTION: A holder for a communication terminal comprises a head(100), a rack(200), and an arm(400). The head is attached or detached on/from a fixing shaft of an inner rear-view mirror and comprises a band(110) and a block(120). The block adjusts the height of the band. The rack is turnably connected to the bottom of the head through a hinge and inserted into the arm. The arm is downward extended from the rack and holds a communication terminal.
