<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically display shared data in the center of current discussion on the screen of a midway participant without interrupting the flow of discussion. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-point communication conference device manages multiple client terminals participating in a multi-point communication conference, shares shared data including any of material, images, voice, an electronic whiteboard which the multiple client terminals use in the conference, evaluates the display state of conference data of each conference client participating in the conference according to an evaluation rule when the shared data is displayed on the client terminals, calculates the degree of attention of conference data based on the evaluation value, determines an initial layout for a conference client who participated in the midway of the conference according to the order of the degree of attention, and thus makes it possible for the midway participant to check material having a high possibility of being used in active discussion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
