<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a conductive mayenite compound applicable to a comparatively large member. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a conductive mayenite compound includes: (1) a step in which mayenite compound powder is prepared by using raw material powder formulated in such a way that the molar ratio between calcium (Ca) and aluminum (Al) converted into CaO:Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is 12.6:6.4 to 11.7:7.3, (2) a step in which a sintered body is acquired by maintaining the mayenite compound powder at a temperature of ≥300°C and lower than 1,200°C, and (3) a step in which the sintered body is maintained in a temperature range of 1,200-1,415°C under a reducing atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
