<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a more accurate motion vector when plural positions minimizing the SAD are detected, in a motion vector detection method using a block matching method. <P>SOLUTION: Imaging blur detection means calculates a blur direction and a blur width, and calculates an interframe motion amount from the blur width and an imaging time.
