<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely protect data high in level to be held secret by automatically generating a password recognizable only by a transmitter of the data even if it is long on the basis of a preliminarily set naming rule. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a data inputting section for inputting data used for a job, a storage section that stores the inputted data, a password generating processing section that automatically generates a password from a data name of the data stored in the storage section on the basis of a preliminarily set naming rule, an inputting section that accepts data selection and inputting of the password, and a job executing section that executes the job on the basis of the selected data when the same password as the password automatically generated by the password generating processing section is inputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
