<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor allowing the lifespan of an LED lighting part or a DC power supply device in the passenger conveyor to be accurately known. <P>SOLUTION: This lighting system for the passenger conveyor includes a control section 3 for obtaining an integrated lighting time of an LED of the LED lighting part 11 or the DC power supply device 4, computing a corrected integrated lighting time by multiplying the integrated lighting time by a correction factor k that increases as the detected temperature of a temperature sensor 9 provided inside a truss increases, and giving a display on a display part 10 when the corrected integrated lighting time reaches the lifespan of the LED of the LED lighting part 11 or the lifespan of the DC power supply device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
