<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for generating a phase diagram with sufficiently high precision within a limited time. <P>SOLUTION: In a phase diagram generation system 10, a simulation object point extraction part 12 extracts a simulation object point by sampling from lattice points. A simulation execution part 14 performs simulation with respect to the simulation object point. A simulation control part 13 records a simulation result in a simulation result information storage part 130. A phase prediction part 16 obtains a plurality of prediction results of phases using statistical analysis results of a plurality of analytic patterns for each prediction object point extracted from the lattice points. A simulation object point additional extraction part 18 extracts a prediction object point such that a plurality of prediction results of phases do not match as an additional simulation object point. A phase diagram generation part 19 generates a phase diagram using simulation results obtained so far when the plurality of prediction results of phases match with respect to all prediction object points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
