PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of an electronic motor which provides an enough amount of windings with high density and improves accuracy of the stator after winding even if winding space has a large curvature, so as to solve a problem in a conventional technology in which it is still difficult to wind an enough amount of windings due to a large curvature of a winding space where a stator has two poles, in spite of winding a stator core by expanding the stator core when winding a magnetic pole teeth of the stator core.
SOLUTION: In a stator of an electronic motor, a circular ring-shaped stator core is divided into two split cores 13L, 13R in the left and the right for each of magnetic teeth 11, furthermore, each of the split cores is divided into two split teeth 13LU, 13LD (13RU, 13RD) in a state that each of the magnetic teeth 11 is bisected, and windings M are wound to straddle between winding spaces 11b, 11b of two split teeth. After winding the windings M, two split teeth are combined, and further the split cores 13L, 13R are combined each other to provide the circular ring-shaped stator 1.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
