<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing remains crystal capable of reducing the manufacturing time and the manufacturing cost by mixing a bone powder with a natural mineral and calcining the mixture into a hard crystal at a lower temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the remains crystal, in a method for crystallizing the remains after cremation, includes: a step for collecting the remains; a step for grinding the remains to form a bone powder of finely-divided powder particles with a size of ≤0.05 mm; a step for mixing the bone powder with the natural mineral and molding spherical seeds; a step for calcining a spherical seed into a hard crystal by arranging the spherical seed in a calcining furnace and keeping it at 900-950°C for 10-20 min; and a step for performing a surface treatment after cooling the calcined crystal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
