<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one chip type piezoelectric oscillator which has high frequency variable sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator 20 includes: a crystal vibration piece 10; an IC chip 50 serving as a semiconductor circuit element including an oscillation circuit for oscillating the crystal vibration piece 10; an intermediate substrate 2 disposed between the crystal vibration piece 10 and the IC chip 50 and in which an inductor circuit pattern 5a is formed on at least one principal surface; and a package 30 in which a laminated body 1 formed by laminating the crystal vibration piece 10 on the intermediate substrate 2 and the IC chip 50 are housed. In the crystal oscillator 20 where the laminated body 1 and the IC chip 50 are sealed in the package 30, the inductor circuit pattern of the intermediate substrate 2 electrically connects with the crystal vibration piece 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
