<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable controls of sound collection directivity regardless of video imaging direction. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 1 controls the sound collection directivity when collecting sound with a microphone 8 in video imaging so that a set sound source is directed if the sound source to be collected is set. In this case, a camera posture detected by a posture detection part 11 when setting the sound source to be collected is previously set.
