<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an arcuate blade which can form uniform creases in a paper sheet, at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A creasing device includes: a blade member 6-3 on which a creasing blade 6-1 is formed; a blade-side receiving member 6-2 on which the blade member 6-3 is mounted; a groove member 7-3 which is arranged to be opposed to the creasing blade 6-1 and on which a creasing groove 7-1 to which the creasing blade 6-1 can be fit while interposing the paper sheet between them, is formed; and a groove-side receiving member 7-2 on which the groove member 7-3 is mounted. The mounting surface on which the blade member 6-3 or the groove member 7-3 of at least one of the blade-side receiving member 6-2 and the groove-side receiving member 7-2 is mounted, is formed in an arcuate shape, the blade member 6-3 or the groove member 7-3 is mounted on the linearly-formed blade-side receiving member 6-2 or the linearly-formed groove-side receiving member 7-2, and when both of the resulting members 6-2 and 7-2 are opposed to each other, the tip of at least one of a protrusion blade and a recessed blade is formed into an arcuate and relatively protrusion shape with respect to the other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
