<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make electric power generated in an electric vehicle applicable in various places as electric power of an electric generator. <P>SOLUTION: An electric motor 3 is rotated by a battery 1, and the rotation of the electric motor 3 is transferred to a generator motor 4 to rotate the generator motor 4 and generate the electric power. The electric power is transferred to the battery 1 for charging. The charged electric power is transferred to an electric motor 7 for travelling the electric vehicle to travel when the vehicle travels, and is transferred to a distribution panel 8 as the electric power of the generator for its applications when the vehicle parks.
