ALARM SYSTEM, ALARM DEVICE, PROGRAM AND ALARM METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a maintenance worker to protect himself from an accident during maintenance work performed after placing restriction members on a road by simple operation and at low cost.

SOLUTION: An alarm system has: a camera 22 for photographing images of the upstream direction of a road at a predefined working space defined in the opposite side of the travel lane when the travel lane for vehicles is restricted by placing cones 1 on the road; an area defining part 32 which defines a safe area where no vehicles travel based on images of the road photographed in sequence by the camera 22; a monitoring part 33 which monitors the safe area in the images of the road; and an alarm issuing part 34 which issues an alarm when a change of image is detected in the safe area.
