The purpose is to prevent excess increase/decrease in power generation output, and inability of a wind power generation device to supply power to a power system, when causing a recovery in the frequency fluctuation in a power system. A wind turbine control device supplies power to a power system by a multi-blade rotor receiving the wind and rotating, and a power generator generating power by the rotation of the rotor, and controls a wind power generation device capable of varying the amount of power to be supplied to the power system according to the fluctuation in the frequency of the power system. A subtractor (62) provided in the wind turbine control device calculates a frequency variation amount, which is the difference between a frequency measurement value of the power generation output of the wind power generation device and a frequency setting value of the power generation output of the wind power generation device. On the basis of the number of rotations of the power generator, a limiting unit (66) limits the power variation amount according to the frequency variation amount calculated by the subtractor (62). |
