<p>A method using a dual process reactor (40) for processing a flue gas from a high temperature waste incinerator, and a system thereof. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring the temperature of an incineration flue gas generated by an incinerator (10); introducing the incineration flue gas and a basic substance into an incineration reaction chamber (41) of the dual process reactor (40); introducing the gas-powder mixture into a gas-solid suspension mixing chamber (42) of the dual process reactor (40) for reaction, removing an acidic gas and a dioxin precursor from the flue gas; introducing the gas-powder mixture into a high temperature dust collector (50) for a gas-solid separation, venting the gas via a freestanding chimney (80); and recycling any excess basic substance, or collecting same in an ash storage chamber (70). The system comprises: the incinerator (10), a temperature monitoring system (20), a cooling system (30), the dual process reactor (40), the high temperature dust collector (50), a heat recycling and dust removing system (60), the ash storage chamber (70), and the freestanding chimney (80). The dual process reactor (40) consists of the incineration reaction chamber (41) and the gas-solid suspension mixing chamber (42) connected thereto.</p> |
