The key points are that an end of the balancing device shaft (4) is fixed with a connecting joint (7), and a sliding bearing (8) is provided in the connecting joint (7), with the axis of the sliding bearing (8) and the axis of the balancing device shaft (4) being perpendicular to each other, and the big arm (1) being movably connected to the connecting joint (7) via the sliding bearing (8).
