METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR IMPLEMENTING MESSAGE INTERACTION AMONG MULTIMEDIA CONFERENCE MEMBERS

Disclosed are a method, system and apparatus for implementing message interaction among multimedia conference members, involving an application server and a plurality of clients participating in a multimedia conference service. The method includes: setting an instant message chat function under the multimedia conference service; the application server successfully creating a multimedia conference and returning the conference information and the conference member information to the corresponding client according to a conference subscription request initiated by a client; after having received an instant message chat request sent by a client as a conference member, the application server forwarding the instant message sent by the client to other corresponding clients. The present invention can realize functions of private instant message chat and multi-person instant message group chat among conference members in a multimedia conference system, thus enriching the application scenarios of the multimedia conference service and improving user experience of the service.
