A cosmetic-containing sheet comprising a sheet-type base material, which has a surface that is a non-woven fabric consisting of long cellulose fibers, 60% by number or greater of fibers constituting at least the surface of said non-woven fabric being long cellulose fibers having fiber diameter of 2.9-7.1 µm, impregnated with a liquid cosmetic which comprises components (A) to (C): (A) 0.01-5 mass% inclusive of tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane; (B) polyhydric alcohol(s) having two or more hydroxyl groups per molecule; and (C) water, wherein the ratio by mass of the liquid cosmetic, relative to the total mass of the sheet-type base material, is 20-700 mass% inclusive.
