DETACHABLE DEVICE FOR USE ON SHOWERHEAD

A detachable device for use on a showerhead comprises a body, a fixed base, and a rotary disc. The body is provided with an assembly cavity and a boss (11). The fixed base is provided with a latching portion (21). The latching portion (21) is provided with an inclined elastic member (212) and a first stop block (213). Between the first stop block (213) of a neighboring latching portion (21) and a freely positioned inclined elastic member (212) is a lock section, and between the first stop block (213) and a freely positioned inclined elastic member (212) is a release section. The rotary disc (3) is provided with a second opening (32) and a fastening portion (31). The fastening portion (31) is provided with a second stop block (311). Prior to assembly the second stop block (311) is positioned in the release section, and upon assembly the second stop block (311) is positioned in the lock section. The second stop block (311) can slide back and forth within the lock section, allowing the water stream to be switched. Upon detachment, the second stop block (311) is positioned in the release section so as to allow the rotary disc (3) to be removed. The detachable device has the following advantages: use of a fastening means helps avoid a complicated assembly process and reduces production time; the device is easy to assemble and does not required specialized tools; and the device can be safely detached and used again.
