PURPOSE: A solar panel of a solar collector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the operability of the solar panel with the improved performance of collecting solar heat. CONSTITUTION: A solar panel(10) of a solar collector comprises upper and lower plates and a passage(30). The upper and lower plates are connected by laser welding to form the passage for thermal mediums. The cross section of the passage is formed into the continuous half-arc shape.
