VIDEO SECURITY SYSTEM AND DATA SAVING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A video security system and a multimedia data saving method thereof are provided to save important data for a longer time than unimportant data, thereby obtaining a new saving space. CONSTITUTION: An importance step is set. 40% of a saving space is allocated to important data. The other 60% of the saving space is allocated to general data. The importance of an image is variously set by a user. Data for 10 seconds before/after motion data are sensed are set as important data. Recording is performed on a corresponding area according to importance.
