PURPOSE: An apparatus for capturing harmful insects is provided to lure harmful insects by emitting light and scattering light. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for capturing harmful insects comprises a capturing unit(20) and a light scattering induction unit(40). The capturing unit comprises a birdlime tape(21) on which a sticky material is spread. The light scattering induction unit stimulates insects by scattering light. The light scattering induction unit comprises a container(41) in which the upper part thereof is protected by a transparent window, liquid(45) which is accepted into the container, and a vibration plate(47) which vibrates the container.
