PURPOSE: A vertical conveyor device for loading and unloading is provided to control the number of rotation and rotating speed, and operation of a driving motor through a control part, and to automatically operating a driving part by detecting loading or unloading cargo to a lifting part. CONSTITUTION: A vertical conveyor device for loading and unloading comprises a supporting frame part(10), a driving part(20), a lifting part(30), and a control part(40). The supporting frame comprises a pair of supporting plates facing each other. The driving part comprises a driving shaft and a driven shaft. The driving shaft is rotatably coupled to the pair of supporting plates and is joined with a driving motor. The driven shaft is connected with the driving shaft by a chain and is rotatably joined with the pair of supporting plates at the upper part of the driving shaft. The lifting part transfers cargo loaded on the top while moving upward and downward by the driving part in a state where the lifting part is fixed in the chain. The control part is connected with the driving part to control forward rotation, backward rotation, or stop state of the driving motor and moving positions and moving speeds of the lifting part.
