<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness of a simple structure to be routed on an instrument panel, having itself a shape-preserving property so that the degree of freedom in selecting routes thereof will be improved while requiring fewer locations for fixing thereof so that it is attempted that the workability thereof in mounting on a vehicle will be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness WH has a foam 1 molded therefor so as for it to cover the outside of the bunch of a plurality of wires W, while the foam 1 is so shaped as to follow the shape in which the bunch of the wires W are distributed.
