<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for recovering compressor oil retained in an outdoor heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: The engine-driven air conditioner 1 includes: a four-way valve 4 which, during cooling operation, connects a discharge line 11 to outdoor heat exchangers 2a and 2b and connects a suction line 12 to an indoor heat exchanger 3, and during heating operation, connects the discharge line 11 to the indoor heat exchanger 3 and connects the suction line 12 to the outdoor heat exchangers 2a and 2b; an engine for driving compressors 1a and 1b; a receiver 5 provided in a liquid pipe line 13 for connecting the outdoor heat exchangers 2a and 2b and the indoor heat exchanger 3 to each other; a sub-evaporator 6 provided downstream from the receiver 5, the downstream line 14 of the sub-evaporator connected to the suction line 12; a first outdoor electric expansion valve EV1 in the connection line 15 of the outdoor heat exchangers 2a and 2b and the receiver 5; and a second outdoor electric expansion valve EV2 in the connection line 16 of the sub-evaporator 6 and the receiver 5. The engine-driven air conditioner 1 operates for a predetermined period by opening the first outdoor electric expansion valve EV1 to a normal opening degree or higher which is set based on the degree of the superheat of refrigerant in a position downstream from the connection part of the downstream line 14 and the suction line 12 at each predetermined accumulation time of heating operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
