<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently calculate a particle state through decentralized memory type parallel calculation. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of nodes 10 are apparatuses that constitute a particle state calculation system 1, and calculates states of particles arranged in their own regions as a plurality of divided calculation regions, in each time step. Each of the nodes 10 includes a particle state calculation unit 11 which calculates a state of particles in its own region; a period determination unit 12 which determines whether a time step is a time step having a predetermined period; an own-virtual-particle information output unit 13 which outputs information representing own region virtual particles used by other nodes in a time step of the predetermined period; an other-virtual-particle information input unit 14 which inputs other-region virtual particle information used for calculation of the own region; an own-virtual-particle state output unit 15 which outputs a state of own-region virtual particles; and an other-virtual-particle state input unit 16 which inputs states of other-region virtual particles.
