<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sorting out familial relationship of an ancestor and extracting candidates for successors by law out of the relatives without the need for knowledge of laws, and to provide procedures and information required for identifying successors by law out of the candidates. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the method of extracting candidates for successors by law with the use of a computer system having display means, input means and storage means, that is, the method of efficiently collecting information on relatives associated with succession through prescribed procedures and extracting candidates for successors by law by displaying a script screen for instructing on information to be input on the left side of a display screen and by displaying input information on the right side of the same display screen; and the method of preparing a note for obtaining copies of family register required for identifying successors by law out of the candidates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
