<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold plastic working apparatus capable of preventing oxidation of an alloy in production of the alloy by a bulk mechanical alloying method. <P>SOLUTION: The cold plastic working apparatus 100 for applying cold plastic working to metal powder includes: a die 1 for storing the powder; a punch 11 moving along the inner periphery of the die 1 and providing shearing plastic strain to the powder; and an expanding/contracting member 3 provided over the die 1 and the punch 11, and expanding/contracting in tandem with movement of the punch 11. Enclosed spaces 5a, 5b having an inert gas atmosphere or a vacuum atmosphere are formed by the die 1, the punch 11 and the expanding/contracting member 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
