<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover film for a solar cell and a solar cell module in which deterioration of a base material film can be prevented and power generation efficiency of the solar cell can be enhanced by forming a low refractive index layer and an ultraviolet absorbing layer on a surface layer. <P>SOLUTION: A cover film used for a light-receiving surface side of a solar cell comprises: a low refractive index layer 1, an ultraviolet absorbing layer 2, a base material layer 3, and a barrier layer 4 laminated in this order from the light-receiving surface side. The ultraviolet absorbing layer 2 is provided with recesses and projections, and heights of the recesses and the projections on the ultraviolet absorbing layer 2 from the base material layer 3 are set to be 3 μm or more and 50 μm or less, respectively, and a pitch between the recess and the projection is set to be 500 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
