<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate a voltage error caused by a load change to an instrument transformer, and perform a correct tap control. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage controller 50 is installed at a transformation facility provided with a first transformer 13 for adjusting the voltage of an upstream line 11, and a second transformer 19 for stepping down the voltage of a downstream line 15, controls a transformation ratio of the first transformer according to a secondary side voltage of the second transformer. The controller comprises: voltage measurement means for measuring a secondary side voltage VL of the second transformer; current measurement means for measuring a secondary side current IL; and load correction coefficient calculation means 55 for calculating a load correction coefficient to correct an error using a load ratio of the second transformer to the rated load calculated based on the secondary side current, and using an error characteristic of the output voltage of the second transformer generated at the load ratio, and the controller controls the first transformer so that the secondary side voltage compensated by a secondary side correction voltage value can become a secondary side voltage value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
