<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion occurrence detection method, a corrosion occurrence detection device and a corrosion occurrence detection system applicable to detection of occurrence of corrosion during very long measurement time in which occurrence of local corrosion such as extremely small pitting corrosion may be detected in corrosion occurrence detection of a metal material (in particular, a waste disposal container of a radioactive waste) performed by an electrochemical noise method. <P>SOLUTION: A corrosion occurrence detection method employing an electrochemical noise method comprises: a conversion step of performing discrete wavelet conversion on a current signal or a potential signal obtained by measuring a metal material over time by the electrochemical noise method; and a detection step of detecting time at which a high-frequency component of conversion data obtained through the discrete wavelet conversion performed in the conversion step shows an abnormal value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
