<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can reduce the number of times of communications of control information among a plurality of control parts. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100 includes an imaging board 24, a conveying board 35, a fixing board 44, and a master board 10. Temperature information necessary for correction control carried out by the imaging board 24 and conveying board 35 is held by the fixing board 44. The fixing board 44 transmits the temperature information to the master board 10 by a predetermined period.
