<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver/digital converter that can compensate time delay caused by a processing time. <P>SOLUTION: In a resolver/digital converter 10, when sensor values S1 and S2 output from a rotation position sensor are input in rotation position calculation means 11, the rotation position calculation means 11 performs processing for determining a rotation position on the sensor values S1 and S2 with a prescribed processing time ΔT and outputs the processing result as a first rotation position θcalc.
