The present invention relates to the production of a monoclonal antibody having an activity of binding to many high-risk-type HPVs and the like. The present invention also provides a simple and high-throughput cross-reactive neutralizing antibody titer measurement method which can be used for the measurement of an HPV cross-reactive neutralizing antibody in serum from a subject; and others. This cross-reactive neutralizing antibody titer measurement method involves the steps of producing a monoclonal antibody against a peptide comprising a specific amino acid sequence that is common among high-risk-type HPVs and measuring a cross-reactive neutralizing antibody using the monoclonal antibody. |
