METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CERAMIC PRODUCT USING FLY ASH AS A RAW MATERIAL

The invention relates to a method for obtaining a clay product from fly ash, characterized in that it includes at least the following steps consisting in: obtaining a mixture of clay and fly ash, comprising = 50 wt.-% ash and = 75 vol.-% ash in relation to the end product; adding phosphoric acid and grinding the mixture; and adding hydrated sodium silicate (Na2O)n(SiO2)m(H2O) and grinding the mixture. The invention also relates to a process for producing ceramic materials using the aforementioned clay product as a raw material, and to the resulting clay product and ceramic material. In addition, the invention relates to the use of fly ash in order to obtain a clay product and to the use of said product in the production of ceramic materials.
