SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REAL-TIME DETECTING AND PREDICTING QUALITY OF PERISHABLE ARTICLE

A system and a method for real-time detecting and predicting the quality of a perishable article are disclosed. Wherein, the system comprises a monochromatic light controller, a data collecting system, a computer system and an adjusting system. The monochromatic light controller, the data collecting system and the adjusting system are connected to the computer system respectively. The monochromatic light controller is used for, based on the control instruction from the computer system, sending monochromatic light with preset frequency to the perishable article to be detected in a perishable article refrigeration unit; the data collecting system is used for collecting monochromatic light which has transmitted through the perishable article to be detected, converting the collected monochromatic light into a digital signal and then outputting the digital signal to the computer system; the computer system is used for obtaining the digital signal from the data collecting system, parsing the digital signal, then predicting, based on the parsed quality data of the perishable article, the change trend of the quality of the perishable article in the course of cold chain transport; and the adjusting system is used for, when the computer system judges that the quality of the perishable article to be detected is unacceptable or will be unacceptable, adjusting the course parameters for cold storage in the perishable article refrigeration unit to prevent appearance or further enlargement of unacceptable perishable article quality.
