<p>Provided are a cosmetic material and a method for preparing the cosmetic material, the cosmetic material sufficiently blocking UV-A and UV-B, not causing coloring when blended in cosmetics, and not causing unnatural whiteness when applied to the skin. In the cosmetic material, at least a part of InTaO4 is substituted by at least one element selected from Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Cu, Ga, Ge, As, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb, Hf, W, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, Au, and Hg.</p> |
