Any one pixel (P) (a contact hole pixel (13)) is selected in a partition region (20) of a liquid crystal device according to the present invention. The pixel (P) is any of four pixels (Q1-Q4) (the contact hole pixel (13)) that are in the closest proximity to an other pixel (P), or is a pixel that is included in a quadrangle formed by four pixels (Q1-Q4) that are in the closest proximity thereto and is any of the four pixels (Q1-Q4) that are in the closest proximity to an other pixel (P). Additionally, the difference between the two angles made by two diagonal lines of the quadrangle formed by the four pixels (Q1-Q4), and a gate bus line (a line AB), is less than 30°. Furthermore, one contact hole pixel (13) is disposed in each source bus line in the partition region (20).
