The present invention provides a circuit substrate, as well as a liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same, wherein an electrode of the circuit substrate has a region with a plurality of linear electrode structures and a region with a planar electrode structure, thereby enabling reduced white powder residue and excellent viewing angle properties, while yielding sufficient transmissivity in the liquid crystal display device. This circuit substrate has a plurality of wirings and an electrode, wherein the electrode has a plurality of regions with different electrode structures, and has a region with a plurality of linear electrode structures and a region with a planar electrode structure.
