PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for identifying wireless telecommunication devices are provided to obtain miniaturization and an economic effect by excluding a human body communication module. CONSTITUTION: A wireless telecommunication device A(101) and a wireless telecommunication device B(102) respectively measure a value(610) of a current passing through a human body of a user(600). The wireless telecommunication device is authenticated and identified from the wireless telecommunication device B by using a measured current value as an cryptographic key(800). Two people or users touching the body can replace the role of the user. The user touching the body with an electrode in the wireless telecommunication device A can obtain the same effect while handshaking with the user touching the body in the wireless telecommunication device B.
