<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic examination apparatus capable of acquiring information about the eyeground of an eye pressurized by pressurizing means. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: the pressurizing means 10 for pressurizing an eye E of a subject; and eyeground signal detecting means 100 for detecting a first signal related to the eyeground Ef of the eye pressurized by the pressurizing means. A control section uses the first signal detected by the eyeground signal detecting means 100 to measure at least any one of intraocular pressure, hardness of the whole eye, hardness of the eyeground, and an eye axis length.
