DUST CORE, AND INDUCTOR USING DUST CORE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust core having a high permeability in which a mixed powder of an amorphous soft magnetic powder having a relatively large average particle diameter, and an amorphous soft magnetic fine powder having an average primary particle diameter of 1 μm or less is used as a material.

SOLUTION: As the material of a dust core, a mixed powder of an amorphous soft magnetic powder obtained by atomization, and an amorphous soft magnetic fine powder obtained by a liquid phase reduction method is used. Mixture ratio of the amorphous soft magnetic fine powder to the amorphous soft magnetic powder is set in the range of 2-40 wt%.
